    1 tablespoon cacao powder, 1/2 tablespoon Keto sugar substitute, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon spirulina powder, 80 drops peppermint spirits

  1. Hi Jessica. I noticed most of your recipes use dairy alternatives such as coconut milk/oil. My children dislike coconut. I was wondering as a general rule can I sub them for dairy equivalents such as butter/cream/milk? Also in this recipe would it be best to sub milk or cream for the coconut milk? Lastly I was wondering if you have a recipe for a sweet pie crust. Thanks.

    1. Yes, subbing for equal equivalents is an excellent way to go about it! Generally, half and half will be a good sub for coconut milk. Milk is usually a bit high for keto macros (but great for children). I don’t have a sweet pie crust up on the blog but there are a number of options in The Ultimate Guide to Low-Carb Baking.
