There’s nothing basic about this basic spinach artichoke dip, except that it’s incredibly easy to make. Simply throw the ingredients together in your slow cooker, cook, add the spinach halfway through, and serve with your favorite dippers. In just a couple of hours, you’ll have an impressive dip for enjoying at home or for entertaining.

This basic spinach artichoke dip is so easy to make and love. Even those with zero cooking experience can’t go wrong following the instructions below!
Step 1: Prep the ingredients
Cut the artichokes into small bits. Cut the cream cheese in eight pieces
Step 2: Add ingredients to the slow cooker
Add the cream cheese, chopped artichokes, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, seasoning and spinach in that order to the slow cooker.
Step 3: Slow cook
Set the slow cooker on LOW and cook for 2 hours. Fold in the spinach with some gentle stirring about halfway through the cooking time, after about 1 hour. Serve warm with crackers, or bread.
