Keto avocado chocolate mousse whips five ingredients into a light and fluffy, no-cook dessert you can make in 10 minutes or less. It’s a delicious sugar-free, low-carb treat for anyone with a chocolate craving.
Melt the cacao paste in a double boiler over medium heat.
Scoop avocado meat into a bowl and puree with an electric mixer until smooth.
Slowly mix in the yogurt, adding four ounces at a time. Pour the cacao in and stir to combine. Sprinkle the sweetener evenly over the top. Add extract. Mix again well.
Divide evenly between four bowls and chill for two or more hours before serving.
