Shake the cocktail shaker vigorously for twenty seconds until the ingredients are well combined and chilled.
Strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass. Top it off with sparkling water.

I think Meyer lemons have the best flavor but can use any type of lemon you have.If you're not used to sweet drinks, start with ½ tbsp sweetener and use up to 1 tbsp. Taste and adjust to your preference.Feel free to substitute the powdered sweetener with 1 oz of sugar-free simple syrup instead. Use a store-bought option or make it yourself by combining equal parts of water and granulated sugar substitute (such as Lakanto classic or erythritol) in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar substitute dissolves completely. Allow the mixture to cool before using it in the recipe.Finally, add more sparkling water to top the glass off more, if desired.
