ricotta cheese

cup
butter
room temperature

vanilla extract

orange zest

powdered sugar
or powdered keto sweetener

Instructions
Use an electric mixer to beat the ricotta, butter, vanilla extract and organge zest together in a medium bowl on medium-high speed.
Add the sweetener in slowly while mixing on medium-high speed. Continue until frosting smooth and creamy.
Frost immediately.
Notes
Yields enough for an 8 to 9-inch cake or sweet bread. You can frost ahead of time and save the food in the fridge until serving.
